BEE HIVE CLUB, INC.
The purpose of this Club shall be to promote good fellowship and support morally worthy projects within the community. Any request of the Club shall be referred to the Board of Trustees for their consideration and recommendation. Final approval of such request shall be submitted to the membership for vote of the majority of members present at any meeting such request shall be presented.
Regular meetings shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month (except the months of July and August) at the VFW Post,519 Poole Rd., Westminster, MD or at a place designated by the King Bee, with the exception of legal holidays. Special meetings may be called by the presiding officer in his discretion, provided the entire membership is notified of the date and time of such specially called meeting.
Anyone making application for membership in the Bee Hive Club, Inc. must be a member in good standing of a Lodge. Said applicant must attend at least one meeting as a guest.

NO MEETING IF CARROLL COUNTY SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED.
